nice pics..yeah u need a better cam.as u have said these are handicam pics...its ok.
try on mobile camera if u have..
but take my words,a camera isnt the only thing u need to take good pics.
it is something called photographic sense.if u have it,u can click good snaps even by a VGA camera.
perfect calculation of light,distance is necessary.
its all about sense,
not megapixels.

nice photography but could have done better @ first 3 pics if u had done a little work with ISO in dimm ligth either use to increase ISO or reduce the shutter speed of ur camera....
